Paul Williams, founder of strategic communications and public relations firm MediaLine Communications, has designed and implemented successful global, national and regional media exposure and public education programs for healthcare, tech, automotive, environmental, non-profit, government agency and sports and entertainment industry businesses, organizations and individuals. With more than 25 years of experience, Paul’s campaigns have reached millions worldwide and won multiple awards.
Through MediaLine, Paul specializes in bringing stories of impactful innovation to a wide variety of target audiences. He has helped launch hundreds of products, promoted countless high-profile events, orchestrated unique promotional partnerships and kicked off multinational fundraising campaigns for globally recognized nonprofits.
During his career, Paul has personally coached, media trained and helped manage public communications for thought leaders, board members, CEOs, executive directors, celebrities, athletes, government spokespeople and other individuals looking to heighten and/or refine their public exposure.
Some clients Paul has created successful campaigns for include the State of California, the California Office of Traffic Safety (including the “Click It or Ticket” campaign), the Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, the American Red Cross, the Make-A-Wish Foundation,

Paul is a frequent contributor, consultant and guest editor for NPR, the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Business Journal, Los Angeles Magazine, and multiple consumer, healthcare, sports, environmental, automotive and tech publications. He serves as the executive producer of the Webby Award winning ‘Impact Podcast’ and manages press and celebrity attendance each year for the Green Pre-Oscar Gala.
Paul is also the co-author of the New York Times best-selling book, “Off Balance” with Olympic Gold Medalist Dominique Moceanu, which is currently being made into a feature film.
Paul sits on the board of multiple nonprofit organizations, including Concern America, the International Green Industry Hall of Fame, ISRI, and Breath for Life, and serves as a board advisor for several of his client organizations. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Communications and Writing from University of California, San Diego.
